1. No Refund on Opened or Used Products

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and laboratory-use products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any opened, used, or tampered items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Digital or downloadable items
• Items marked as “final sale”
• Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and offer a replacement or credit where applicable.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Refund Processing

• Processing may take 5–10 business days

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, as long as the order has not been shipped.
